I found this interesting while I was researching on intimate encounters and online dating sites like PlentyOfFish.com.

*It's for a research paper I'm writing for school...

According to a research conducted by the University of Texas one of the main reasons why people have sex or get involved in an intimate encounter is to improve or raise their self-esteem which to a certain level makes sense because this intimate relationship makes those involved feel like they are attractive and their physical presence means a lot to their other half. Likewise, college students who had a sexually active life were more confident than those who practiced abstinence.

Couples who enjoy intimate relationships may also be surprised to hear that their intimate encounters can also benefit them by improving their health. Some of the health benefits related to sexual activities are: cardiovascular benefits, improves the immune system, helps relieve stress, etc.

So on that note intimate relationships between mature, consenting and responsible adults are nothing to be ashamed of, in fact, having intimate encounters is quite natural and can actually be healthy. It is important to notice that we are talking about adults who have reached a certain point in their relationship that allows them to get physical; we are also assuming that those involved in their relationships have not had multiple partners throughout their sex life which may throw off the entire argument.

I Want To Buy a Phone?

Oh boy do I need a new phone! I have one of those junk Tmobile Blackberry Pearl phones that can't get any reception in my area how crappy is that!

Once I got home from school I started my search for a brand new phone. As I was browsing around a popup advertising was flashing "Want To Buy Phone" I was extremely curious and clicked on the ad.

The ad brought me to one of those "free" iPhone offers, I read over the requirements to get my hands on a brand new Apple iPhone and it seem pretty simple. All I had to do was complete three offers and walah! Brand new iPhone for me!

I did some more research on the iPhone and found a great blog that talked about all sort of phones. I recommend any who want to buy phone to check it out.

But after reading through some reviews and spec of the iPhone. I finally found out that the iPhone was only available with the AT&T service!

Just my luck...I guess I won't be getting "more bars" anytime soon...lol!

OMG Acne Problems

It finally happen, I got my first pimple! It just so happen to be in the worst place possible, in the middle of my forehead. It's not as bad as it look but I hope this is the last one I'll ever get. I really don't want to breakout and have to hide my face during the whole summer.

This acne problem could be come a big deal. Late last night I was watching an episode of Kim Possible and started flipping the channels because of the commercials and I just so happen to land on a informerical on getting rid of acne, I heard of this brand of acne before and base the informerical there is some very popular celebrities who are using them.

The acne product is called Proactive. Yeah, I know you probably have seen their informercial before. After watching the whole program on Proactive, it look pretty simple to actually try it myself. I'm wondering if they'll provide a proactive acne guide when you purchase their acne prevention set.

My current problem is I don't have a credit card. Think I'll ask my mom tomorrow, she'll understand why I really need this teenage life-saving acne creme hehehe!

Am I Going Bald?

After taking a shower this morning, I noticed there was a bunch of hair clogging up my drain. I started getting scared, thinking I'm going bald!

I tried to not let it bother me in school but I had to find out; could a young teenage girl like me go bald? I did my research a found out that regular use of certain hair dye or bleach could increase hair loss in the future but no where on the net I read a teenage like me could start losing hair this soon in her life!

I then started to research how to prevent hair loss and was looking for any sort of hair loss herbal remedies that could help me in the long run. I figure going all natural should help slow down the process because anymore chemicals could actually increase hair loss.

After looking around on the internet, I figured out that I should be stressing so much on my hair loss because if you think about. I always start to shed some hair during the summer because it so damn hot here and I just a year routine!

I guess I'm stress out for no reason...lol!

New Sister On The Way

Hey...I have an exciting news! My mama just told me that I'll be having a little baby sister on the way. It's exciting and scary at the same time but I'll managed.

Wanna know what's funny? I thought my mother was getting fat but she actually pregnant. It's a good thing I didn't open my mouth, she would have been mad. I really would like to help out my mom during her pregnancy and I've been researching on pregnancy body pillows.

I've heard that these pregnancy pillows works like a charm and really relieve the stress on the back from the pressure of the baby in the tummy.

I didn't know there were so many different types of pregnancy pillows available. I'll have to keep on researching to find the perfect pregnancy pillow for my mom.

Biggest Headache In The World

For some reason I have the biggest headache in the world right now and thought if I blog about it I could get it off my mind. I hope I'm not getting sick because that would totally suck!

I'm gonna pop some Advil and watch a little MTV and see if I could fall asleep and wake up a new person without this stupid freaking headache.

BTW I was watching the Discovery channel earlier and there were these tourist who went tubing in Laos...not sure where that country is but boy did that look like fun! The river was huge and that stop on along the river, where they had make-shift bars to chill and drink. Once they were done, they just kept of floating done the river.

One day I'll love to go tubing in Laos...that would be awesome!

Tubing Down The River

Hehehehe today was such a fun day, a couple of friends and I went to the river by our house and went tubing. The weather is starting to warm up now and it's a perfect time to hit the river. The only thing I hate about tubing is walking back up the road to my house, sometimes you're having to much fun tubing that you'll forget how far you have gone down the river!

There were a bunch of other kids from school that were also tubing, think they were seniors. They also had another tube with a cooler in it (it probably had beer in it). I wonder how would it feel to be drunk floating down a river, I would think you get a little sea sick or should I say "river sick" hehehehe.

oh wellz another fun day has gone and past...until again!

I Hate School

Today wasn't a good day. First off I woke up late and didn't have any breakfast and everyone knows that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. When I got to school I picked up the wrong school bag from the bus, everyone was yelling for some reason and only after the fact I notice they were yelling because I grabbed someone else school bag :( I had the most boring lecture in science class today, something about comets and asteroids? I was so out of zoned I had to be the lucky girl to picked to answer a question which I had no clue to and made up an answer that was totally wrong! I don't anyone cared, because everyone was spaced out too!

So I'm in my computer class right now, bored as hell and decided to blog while I'm at it. I can't wait until school is over.

Note to self: This blogging is becoming addicting...
